The beauty of beach Volleyball is it is naturally less structured than indoor Volleyball. The program is designed to teach and train the skills and techniques required to compete at the game of beach doubles. Practices will be fast paced, and focus of high degree of repetition and game like drills. Because of the 2 v 2 format that is played on the sand helps indoor players develop skill sets that they might not use all the time in their specific position. This helps each player become "well rounded."
